The way the folks at Armstrong Auto treated me and handled my anxiety is beyond my ability to describe. I can go into a long story about how three mechanics left the shop to help me out, crawled around on gravel underneath my vehicle, let me use their phone to call anyone and everyone I needed, how they called around looking for a Nissan dealership that I could have my vehicle towed to and how the owner drove me all the way to Sedalia so I could rent a car to get home without asking for a dime. I left my car there for them to fix but more importantly this review is more about the exceptional people. You just don’t experience that much goodness in any business these days. If you've ever gone to a new church where everyone is friendly and welcoming and giving and genuinely good, I’m sure you remember that feeling. Go to Armstrong. Same thing. That’s all I need to say.

Coming back to Kansas City form the Lake my starter on a 350z roadster decided to stop working at the Phillips 66 two doors down from these folks. I was irritable, frustrated that my cell phone couldn’t get a signal and I was virtually stuck.
Place to go would recommend it to anyone they do a good job and are not extremely high on prices they're very nice and helpful with stuff
